** Please carefully read over the below details regarding our cost, expectations & restrictions prior to applying to be a vendor at the Levitate Music & Arts Festival for 2019 **
NON REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE: $15
At this point we are NOT accepting additional apparel vendors, jewelry vendors, or head shop vendors.
We carefully select our vendors to fit our grass-roots vibe. We take pride in the arts and in our taste buds and strive to select artisans whose products are locally handcrafted and choose food trucks whose menus excite our appetite and use only the freshest of ingredients. We strive to not have similar vendors placed near each other while vending.
RAIN OR SHINE
The Levitate Music & Arts Festival is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given based on weather.
Vendors have the option of vending for 2 days (Sat & Sun) or 3 days (Fri, Sat, & Sun).
Cost per vendor space includes weekend vending space, 2 General Admission weekend tickets, and 1 weekend Parking Pass, (and Town permit fees for Food Vendors). Any additional tickets needed for staff, must be purchased in advance.
10'x10' : $700
10'x20' : $1,300
+ Friday : additional $200
≤ 12' : $2,100 (12' and under for Saturday & Sunday)
13'+ : $171/per foot (13' and over for Saturday & Sunday)
+ Friday : additional $500
Payment is required in full to reserve your spot as a vendor and must be paid within 2 weeks from acceptance email to reserve your vendor spot. Pay by ACH or by credit card (additional 3% fee for credit card transactions will be applied).
All Applications will be reviewed and responded to within two weeks of application submission.
